- Sensitive Data (Only with Explicit Consent): Health information, criminal record (if relevant and permitted by law).
- Identity Documents: Copies of passport or identity card, work visas.
B. Data Provided by Clients (Employing Companies)

- Company Data: Name, address, Tax ID/Fiscal Code, banking details (for invoicing).
