1. Services Offered
AsiaRecruit is a company specialized in recruiting and placing workforce from Asian countries (listed on the site, such as India, Nepal, Philippines, etc.) to employers in Romania. Our services include, but are not limited to: a. Identification and pre-selection of candidates. b. Assistance in the interview and selection process. c. Administrative and logistical assistance related to placement (without substituting the employer's legal obligations).
2. User / Employer Obligations
By using AsiaRecruit services, you agree to: a. Provide accurate, complete and current information in all communications and requested documents. b. Not use our services for illegal purposes or prohibited by these Terms. c. Treat all candidates with respect and in accordance with applicable labor and anti-discrimination legislation. d. Take full responsibility for final hiring decisions and for full compliance with the employment contract and local legislation after candidate placement.
3. Confidentiality and Personal Data Processing
AsiaRecruit is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your data and that of candidates. All personal data provided by you or candidates will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (or GDPR, if applicable in the EU) and applicable data protection laws. 4. Intellectual Property
The content of the AsiaRecruit website (texts, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is the property of AsiaRecruit or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You do not have the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use the content without the prior written consent of AsiaRecruit.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. AsiaRecruit makes all reasonable efforts to place qualified candidates, but does NOT guarantee the long-term performance or success of any candidate placed. b. AsiaRecruit's liability in connection with any service provided is strictly limited to the value of fees paid by the Employer for that specific service. c. AsiaRecruit will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Fees and Payments
Details regarding fee structure, payment conditions, deadlines and guarantee/replacement policy (if any) are established in the separate Collaboration Contract concluded between the Employer and AsiaRecruit. These Terms of Use are supplementary to the Collaboration Contract.
7. Third Party Links
Our website may contain links to third party websites. AsiaRecruit is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites. We recommend reading the terms and conditions of these third parties before interacting with them.
8. Terms Modifications
AsiaRecruit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on this page. We encourage you to periodically review this page to stay current with any updates.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, litigation will be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca.
